Membership FAQ

What is “The Rekindled?”
The membership. The public site is the map. The Rekindled is how the work is kept current: The Arsenal, the briefings, and a person to ask when the library is not enough.

What are the three levels?
Seeker is free. A note when a public post goes up, and one monthly email on geopolitical, economic, and digital developments that affect ordinary people. No Arsenal. No member briefings. It is a list, not a membership.

Seer is the membership. Full Arsenal. Three daily briefings: economic, strategic, digital. A monthly roundup. Email support. 20% off named professional services.

Sage is Seer, plus the judgment. Weekly strategic and economic reports, with near-term, mid-term, and longer-term consequences and recommended actions. Chat support. One monthly conference call. 35% off services.

Which tier should I choose?
Seeker, if you want the public pieces in your inbox, a monthly summary, access to the Threat-Level Assessment Tool, and nothing else.

Seer, if you will implement the modules yourself and want a clean daily picture.

Sage, if you need someone to say what the next stretch is likely to do to your options, and what to change before it arrives.

Most people who are ready to implement should start with Seer.

What is The Arsenal?
The members-only library across four Keys: Mental, Digital, Economic, and Strategic. Each module is written to be used: a threat model, a starter protocol, a way to verify, and the failure modes. It is instruction, not commentary. Seer and Sage get it. Seeker does not.

What are the briefings?
Seer and Sage get three briefings every weekday: Economic, Strategic, and Digital. What changed, what it touches, and whether it changes anything you should do today. Plus a monthly roundup.

Sage also gets two weekly reports, strategic and economic, with consequences and actions. And one monthly call: a briefing, then discussion. Not recorded as a public episode.

The Seeker monthly email is a public-level note. It is not the member roundup.

What does membership not include?
A guarantee. A briefing can be wrong.

A done-for-you hardening. That is a professional service, at its own price. Membership is the discount and the priority, not the job.

Narrative-Attack Response. Separate terms. Membership does not book it.

Incident response by email or chat. If you are already compromised, that is a service.

What are the professional services?
Named engagements, for when self-implementation is not enough. The current menu is the Hardening Cohort, the Posture Review, the Baseline Hardening Sprint, and Verified Backup and Restore. Members are seen first, and pay the tier rate.

How much is it?
The price on the “Join Us” page is the price you pay. An introductory rate is labeled, and has an end date unless explicitly stated otherwise. Checkout is in USD. Seer is available annual. Sage is monthly, quarterly or annual.

Can I share a login?
No. The library and the briefings are solely for the account holder.

Do you serve both sides of the Atlantic?
Yes. The pressure is shared. The paperwork is not. The Arsenal is written so its principles “travel” and the implementation can be matched to the life in front of you.
