Higher-Tier Support

The Arsenal is built so most members can implement the necessary work themselves. That is the point of the modules: clear steps, verification, common fail points, and updates as tools change.

Some situations still need a person on the other side of the question. A configuration does not behave as described. A platform move has side effects. A professional service is the right next step, but you want the plan checked before you spend the money.

Higher-tier support exists for just such cases. It is not a replacement for the toolkit. It is the shorter path from “I have read the module” to “This is working in my setup.

What Membership Includes

Every paying member receives discounted access to BackToFreedom’s professional services. The discount is part of membership, not a temporary offer.

The support channel and the size of the discount depend on the tier.

Seer

Seer members receive personalized email support.

Write to us with the actual problem: the device, the tool, the error, the constraint. You get a considered reply from the team, not a ticket queue reading from a script. Use it when a module is clear in principle but your environment is not.

Seer members also receive a 20% discount on professional services.

Sage

Sage members receive expanded chat support.

That is for questions that need a back-and-forth exchange: sequencing a migration, checking a hardening step before you apply it, or deciding whether a Health Check, communications architecture, or recovery plan is actually warranted.

Sage members also receive a 35% discount on professional services.

Why This Is Usually The More Economical Path

Professional Services: Health Checks, hardening, backup and recovery planning, communications architecture, reputation work, platform migration, are priced for the time they take. Doing that work without the Arsenal means paying for orientation that the modules already cover.

Membership reverses that. You do the foundational work from the library. Support is there when you get stuck. If you then need a formal engagement, the member discount applies to the remaining hours, not to a bloated total scope.

A single professional service billed at full rate will likely cost far more than a year of Sage membership. Use the toolkit first, the support channel second, and the service only for what you cannot reasonably finish yourself. That is how the numbers work in your favor.

It is also how the work stays maintainable. A plan you understand, because you built most of it, lasts longer than a plan someone else installed and left behind.

How This Fits the Larger Picture

  • The Arsenal is the foundation: the living modules across Mental, Digital, Economic, and Strategic Freedom.

  • Member support (email at Seer, chat at Sage) is the middle layer when implementation questions need a direct answer.

  • Professional services are the upper layer for assessment, custom implementation, training, or response work. Members pay less for that layer.

Start with the modules. Use support when the next step is unclear. Escalate to a service only when the situation requires it.

We will tell you which of those three is actually needed.

Next Steps

  1. If you are not yet a member, join at the tier that matches how you work. Seer is enough for most people who implement from the written guides. Sage is for those who want faster iteration while they implement.

  2. If you already have a live problem that looks like a professional engagement, contact us and tell us. Members should mention their tier so the discount is applied from the start.

  3. If you are unsure which layer you need, ask. A short support exchange is cheaper than commissioning the wrong service.

Personal capability first. Support when you need it. Paid implementation only for what remains.
