Anomaly Detected: New Congress, Same Israel Financing

Donald Trump laughing in a yellow crane marked World Economic Forum and Davos, swinging a wrecking ball labeled Approved Demolition into the U.S. Capitol as the American flag falls, while men in suits toast from a glass skybox signed World Demonic Forum.

The midterms just delivered massive Democratic gains, including America’s first ever Muslim senator. Public talk about not wanting U.S. money spent on certain overseas operations and partnerships also got a lot louder.

However, none of that actually touched anything in the multi-billion Dollar military financing pipeline, the intelligence-sharing arrangements, the joint technology work, or the organized political cost of treating the Israeli security relationship as anything but “our greatest ally.”

The speeches got a new coat of paint. The appropriations and the executive’s practical freedom on external affairs did not.

Just the Facts

MAKE NO MISTAKE. U.S. military financing to Israel has stayed in the multi-billion Dollar annual range under successive administrations for the last decade.

Obama’s 2016 Memorandum of Understanding commits roughly $3.8 billion per year ($3.3 billion Foreign Military Financing plus $500 million for missile defense) through fiscal year 2028. Neither the Trump nor the Biden administrations did anything to change or revoke it. Further, the State Department still lists Israel as the leading global recipient of Title 22 security assistance under that framework.

Trump’s first-term pro-Israel diplomatic shifts were also concrete: The December 2017 proclamation recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and directing the embassy move, recognition of Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights, and the Abraham Accords were unambiguous, to say the least.

Those moves expanded the money, the intelligence channels, and the co-development pipelines to Israel. Yet somehow the virulently anti-Trump administration under Biden never once lifted a finger to reverse ANY of Trump’s concessions to the Netanyahu regime.

Meanwhile post-midterm signals still show the same continuity. Border-enforcement language and “America First” framing run alongside the government’s Israel-first commitment that was already locked in.

Volume on the MAGA rhetoric went up. The aid to Israel did not come down.

Surveillance and data/fiscal authorities also still follow the same extant pattern of persistence:

The post-2001 statutory framework and FISA processes have stayed in place across all subsequent administrations.

Digital-asset work moved forward across institutions: The Federal Reserve has published on CBDC design and financial-stability implications and run technical pilots, while Treasury and Congress have advanced stablecoin frameworks (including the GENIUS Act implementation work) that still contemplate reserve, identity-linking, and control features in various forms.

Public opposition to a retail Federal Reserve CBDC sits right next to acceptance of private and hybrid tokenization systems. Many of those systems carry freeze, revoke, or identity-linkage capabilities as design features/options.

Those deliberate systemic functions do not require any particular president to stay useful as the world order evolves. Remember that…

Meanwhile, at the World Economic Forum…

WEF materials on stakeholder models and digital identity, plus selected UN frameworks on migration and development, remain public documents.

They will not magically become domestic law by themselves.

However, they supply coordinating language and process habits that survive changes in party control and “leadership.” Their emergency authorities and international procedural norms have already outlasted multiple presidents.

That is the baseline reality all MAGA/America-First restoration speeches have to be measured against.

And What About The Zionists?

Zionist organizing (meaning lobbying organizations like AIPAC, PACs like AIPAC PAC, donor networks like the United Democracy Project, which is AIPAC-funded, and activist infrastructures that operate on both sides of the aisle, plus the evangelical Christian component) treats sustained material aid, arms transfers, and diplomatic cover for Israel as a durable priority.

OpenSecrets data show pro-Israel contributors (led by AIPAC-affiliated entities) directing tens of millions per election-cycle, with heavy primary spending that raises the political cost for candidates who treat the AIPAC support as optional or negotiable.

And the Israeli government runs the parallel track through direct government relations and defense co-development.

That combination produces long-term discipline: The pipeline survives shifts in domestic rhetoric because altering it carries Zionist funding/support penalties most office-seekers/holders prefer to avoid.

For example, prior Democrat majorities did not stop JCPOA withdrawal or the Soleimani strike.

Therefore a new Democrat majority simply supplies an additional narrative distinction that can be used for public rhetoric: “It is the president, not the Congress or the American people!”

Meanwhile the president retains unilateral authority over external relations and the practical ability to resume hostilities, regardless of the fact that Congress has not exercised a functional declaration-of-war power in decades.

Public opinion has moved. The organized cost of challenging the extant “security” relationship with Israel has not. The new congressional majority merely changes the draping, not the underlying structure.

Those are the cold, hard, indisputable facts…

Now If I Was “Conspiracy-Minded,” Here’s What I Might Say

The permanent security, finance, and administrative apparatus stopped needing presidents to design their core functions a long time ago. I’ll put this to the time they shot Reagan. Anywho… It now only needs them to supply the political energy and motion.

High emotional “amplitude” in the presidency is useful.

It mobilizes turnout, it occupies “the disruptor slot,” which is to say “someone who can advance an agenda faster than a quieter president and who can absorb the blame.”

It also sells itself as national restoration while the same period widens the gap between that language and the continuing expansion of the system’s core pipelines, forcing the mobilized, emotionally hijacked constituencies to live with the contradiction long enough for the underlying infrastructure changes to lock in.

FunFact: A midterm loss that was already priced in does not remove that utility.

What it does do is remove a domestic political brake for a short window (roughly two months before the new Congress is fully seated) during which ALL foreign-policy escalation can be treated as “legacy work.“

The sequence runs by widening the gaps under the language of restoration/repair while the key external feed keeps running.

  • Enforcement speeches sit next to migration volumes that do not fall.

  • Discipline language sits next to overseas commitments that do not shrink.

  • Anti-swamp messaging sits next to data and existing sanctions architectures that remain intact or expand.

Such contradictions erode the premise that the national unit still functions as a single coherent political and economic actor. Meanwhile Zionist organizing across its forms keeps substantial external calorie streams (aid, arms, intelligence product, regional utility) from dropping offline.

The midterm absorption layer also adds cover.

  • Specific anger gets at least partially captured by new faces in Congress.

  • External audiences can be offered the meaningless distinction that Congress and the public are not responsible for whatever comes next.

  • Public setbacks on one front create an incentive to open or resume pressure elsewhere, which is of course nothing but a partial narrative cover while the same old organizational wheels grind on and its operations consume additional fiscal and strategic capacity behind the scenes.

The Effects Matter Beyond The USA

At the same time the technical layer that works beyond the national scale keeps extending.

  • Programmable payment rails, digital identity mechanisms, and cross-border standards advance under innovation or crime-control justifications.

  • Freeze and revoke functions are described as anti-fraud tools in digital currencies, while also being the instruments later bloc-level authorities can use to restrict access.

  • Existing surveillance continuity supplies the growing global sensor net for later control and enforcement.

  • Coordinating language from international forums supplies the dialect so the shift can be called “multipolar resilience.”

Once debt, administrative expansion, and declining legitimacy have reduced what is left of national fiscal and regulatory autonomy, the same global apparatus treats regional or bloc arrangements as the practical and safe alternative for continued prosperity/survival.

Frameworks already present in trade, energy, defense-industrial, and technical-standard discussions become the standard level at which capital, labor, data, and security are managed across regional economic blocs. Meanwhile nation-states can remain as administrative shells and identity brands.

In this world effective decision rights over entire populations move from the national level to unelected global institutions that operate with fewer of the older legal constraints.

In the current Iran conflict scenario the other side’s (Russia, China, Iran) tighter coordination and stronger battlefield position simply make it more materially and politically expensive to keep pretending that the nation-state is still the only scale that matters, while simultaneously knocking the very concept of global American hegemony out of the proverbial ballpark in the public consciousness.

Simply put, Trump’s assigned role is to start and run the “demolition” phase: Generate the political energy that breaks old loyalties, keep the external security and aid channels to Israel open so the working apparatus stays aligned, use the post-midterm window for whatever escalation is judged necessary, and leave the upgraded financial and control systems in place when the high-amplitude period ends in January.

That’s his true legacy…

Afterwards the new Democratic majority supplies a legitimacy buffer that lets the cost be isolated on Trump rather than on Congress or the public.

No formal announcement is required that the nation-state has been reduced to a husk whose security, finance, and coordination functions are already subordinated to larger regional or bloc arrangements. It is enough to finish shrinking what that older national husk can still control while the underlying upgraded systems remain in place and the global takeover mechanisms continue to evolve.

FunFact #2: Every recent president fed that same takeover organism something.

Higher presidential “amplitude” plus a “plausible deniability” electoral narrative absorption layer (It’s not Congress or the people, but Trump!) just makes the nation state’s cracking faster and easier to sell publicly while the extant funding schedule, the data architecture, and the technical updates continue.

Multipolar regionalism is the scale this apparatus is already drifting toward once the national-scale legitimacy and fiscal autonomy are degraded enough.

I could totally say something like that if I were conspiracy-minded…

Predictions through January 2029

  • “Security” relationship with Israel stays funded at scale:
Multi-billion Dollar military financing and technology cooperation continue near present levels under the existing MOU framework. Midterm gains and opinion shifts do not produce a material cut. Organized cost stays high; new congressional control functions as narrative cover rather than a veto.

  • Tokenized and digital rails keep extending:
Stablecoin frameworks, tokenization pilots, and cross-border identity/data standards advance. Public rejection of a retail central-bank digital currency can sit next to normalization of private and hybrid systems that retain current freeze and revoke functions. Watch for private corporations paying out bonuses/rewards in their own stablecoins.

  • Core surveillance authorities do not sunset:
Existing statutes and processes remain and expand. New justifications cover limited procedural tweaks and overreaches, and endless public debate continues while personal freedoms are eroded.

  • Organizing discipline holds; absorption layer activates:
Primary, donor, and direct-government pressure keep the personal/political penalty for questioning or restraining the U.S.-Israel relationship high. The new Democratic majority functions mainly as a legitimacy buffer, letting the White House isolate that cost on the president rather than on Congress. Watch for increased “It’s him not us” narrative and the groundwork for a Harris/Newsom ticket in 2028.

  • Administrative tools and the short “presidential autonomy” window get used:
Stricter domestic enforcement on immigration and sanctions runs alongside a short window (before the new Congress is seated) when external military or economic escalation is still practically available to the executive.

  • Bloc arrangements gain room:
External coordination density and battlefield leverage by Russia, China, and Iran raise the political (and personal financial household) costs of purely national management, making regional frameworks easier to advance as necessities in the public consciousness. Watch for “Our three North American Nations can survive easier together” rhetoric.

What You Can Still Do:

  • State statutes on data privacy, banking powers, and selective refusal of grants that carry heavy data-sharing conditions.
These still let states and localities limit how much personal or financial data is automatically fed into federal systems. Using them narrows the single-point exposure that comes when everything routes through one national or regional rail.

  • Diversified or self-custodied holdings and open communication protocols.
Spreading assets across jurisdictions or holding some outside programmable ledgers, and using communication tools that do not require a central permission, lowers the practical impact of any single freeze, revocation, or service denial.

  • Pressure aimed at specific aid accounts, expiration dates, and hard dollar limits rather than general statements of support.
Broad declarations of alignment are easy to make and easy to ignore. Forcing attention onto particular budget lines, requiring automatic expiration dates, or demanding fixed numerical caps creates concrete friction that is harder for the system to absorb than rhetoric.

  • Routine public-records requests on disbursements, lobbying disclosures, data-sharing agreements, and pilot details.
That paperwork still exists. Consistent requests on where money actually moves, who is lobbying for what, and what data-sharing or tokenized pilots are being tested keeps the operational details visible even when the public narrative stays general.

  • Local networks for communication and mutual support that do not depend on the upgraded rails.
Groups that can still coordinate, share information, and provide basic mutual aid outside the new financial and surveillance infrastructure retain capacity when those systems are restricted or selectively applied.

These steps do not reverse the larger trajectory. They do reduce the speed and completeness with which any single individual or locality can be isolated from it.

The Bottom Line…

The encroachment on personal and financial liberties, the surveillance architecture, and the digital-rail control work have continued ceaselessly across administrations while MAGA/America restoration language runs at high volume.

Organized political costs keep the major security commitment with Israel expensive to challenge or alter; the midterms add an absorption and external-narrative-cover layer without actually removing those costs. The critical-minded analysis turns the same patterns, plus the short executive window, into a demolition phase that leaves the control rails ready for a larger post-national-state, regional operating scale.

What’s more, the points above remain valid even without wearing a tinfoil hat.

With that said, am I really the only one seeing a defined pattern here?
